Lenzoa is an e-commerce platform dedicated to eco-friendly, chemical-free, preservative-free, and zero-plastic products. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Lenzoa.
• By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
• Lenzoa currently ships only within India.

• We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, and images as accurately as possible.
• Slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to natural, chemical-free manufacturing processes — this is a feature of authentic eco-friendly products, not a defect.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
• We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by our payment gateway.
• Lenzoa reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be fully refunded in such cases.
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
• To request a cancellation, email care@lenzoa.com with your order number.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Due to the nature of our products — consumable, eco-friendly, and perishable goods — we do not accept returns. We encourage you to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact care@lenzoa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at care@lenzoa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Lenzoa. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

Lenzoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
